Davis Surplus began more than 25 years ago with a simple opportunity and a strong work ethic. Steve Davis first entered the surplus business after purchasing electrical breakers and starters at a local yard sale, finding a buyer, and turning that first purchase into a profit. From there, he built a business rooted in knowledge, reliability, and a hands-on understanding of the electrical surplus industry.

Steve passed that knowledge down at an early age, teaching the next generation how to buy and sell electrical surplus materials with honesty, fairness, and attention to value. Over the years, Davis Surplus has continued to grow, expanding beyond electrical surplus to include mechanical materials, equipment, fleet vehicles, and more.

Today, Paul Davis leads the company while teaching his son, Jake Davis, continuing the family tradition of hard work, trusted service, and long-term customer relationships.
